  • This company replaced the wrong part twice at a cost of $1,000 in gaslighted me like it was my fault that they troubleshot down to the wrong part. They replaced my gas valve and it turned out to actually be the control board. They were going to charge me another thousand dollars to fix the control board I went on Amazon got an aftermarket replacement for eighty dollars replaced it myself in 20 minutes I hate hate This company. Edit: The owner responded to my post so i wanted to address the lack of accountability. I told both the operator and the techician that i have intermittent ignition of gas. The gas value clicked on and operated for a few minutes. This was the same condition after the operator replaced the first gas valve. Why is replacing the gas valve "your first step in trouble shooting? Nothing you did proves to me that the first valve actually was faulty. Multiple parts did not fail. Addtionally i told the operator i performed a presure check on each of heat exchangers and did not observe a pressure loss. The blower fan is still strong. These are the two conditions what woul legitimately warrant a full replacment. My furnance does not need to be replaced and on the anniversary of this "repair" i will come back to this post and give you an update. As far s the oem comment . I sourced the valve and the board both were under $300 each. So you're telling me that your 30min repair was worth $700. You are crooks. Addtionally the second valve you installed was not OEM. It is not on the orignal parts list for the manufactuer or documented as a conditional alternate.

  • Beyond disappointed with the service I received here. First, the troubleshooting was completely wrong. The technician spent a significant amount of time diagnosing a "major issue" that wasn't even the problem. I was told I needed to replace parts that were functioning perfectly fine. To make matters worse, the pricing is outrageous. Go somewhere else.

  • Fixed my problem, but your guy walked through my house with his dirty shoes from walking in the snow and left dirty shoe prints all over my downstairs. And he even was about to do it again when he came back for his do until I stopped him. Seriously annoying, especially considering he had his shoe protectors on when he first walked in.

  • I appreciate the overall customer experience. There was an issue with the initial furnace installation, however after speaking it over with their management team, they owned the error. Most companies do not go that far as they would just try to fix the issue and sweep it under the rug. This company not only corrected the issue, they listened to my concerns, offered to send someone out the same day and gave me service on them to use at a later date. I understand things happen so I was not upset as long as they treated me the client with professional courtesy. They did just that and I am absolutely thrilled with the overall experience. I am impressed and rooting for you guys as a family owned business.
