• The best customer service starts from the phone call to Cooks main office yesterday. The staff person that answered the phone ( and I'm sorry I didn't catch his name) was the most pleasant and nicest guy. • Man I have never dealt with a company in this day and age that was more customer service driven than them. The service techs name was Mitch. I wasn’t home when they arrived, I was taking children to school. Mitch was prompt and on time (few minutes early I might add). He was very polite and just nice and courteous to me and my wife as well as my crazy dog kelo. I had a completely new unit put in and it took no time, I was informed the entire way and given all the information I asked for. The job was perfect, hoses and stuff from house to unit were clean and wrapped and just the entire job when he left was clean and left better then it was before he got there.
