Adam provided outstanding customer service when he came to my home to give me a estimate on a new heating and air system.! He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He offered several helpful suggestions and made sure I understood my options without ever making me feel pressured. It's was great to have someone who genuinely cares about helping their customers. On an extremely hot weekend, our air conditioner decided to quit. On Sunday morning I called and left a message, assuming I would hear back first thing Monday morning. Instead, I received a text from Scott. He offered a few things we could try and although those tips didn’t solve the problem, he told me he would rearrange the Monday morning schedule and send someone. True to his word, at 9:00 a.m. a technician arrived and by 11:00 a.m. the house was cooling down. I appreciate their attention to detail, responsiveness, and prompt service. My home previouly had a CC&H furnace. They upgraded my A/C & furnace (2019) when I moved in. The A/C struggled through June 2026 "heat-dome". A part burned out June 30th, but, they fit me into their "workload" anyway. The Service Tech, Ross, is a champion, breaking the "dome" into....ahhhhhhh, cool ! Thanks Ross ! When I was looking for a new Heating/AC unit I was told by several people that Custom Cooling and Heating were a good company with good service and a quality product. I purchased a unit from them. When I purchased the unit I was given the option to purchase service what would cover labor for 10 years. I declined it because I was stupid enough to think that the unit I purchased would last longer than that with routine service. Imagine my surprise when after less than 2 years the AC unit quit. The part was under warranty but I was told I needed to pay for labor. This again was after less than two years. As a retiree I need to start saving to pay for the next thing that falls apart. So much for quality product and service.

Custom Cooling & Heating, Inc. installed a new Daikin HVAC system into our home after our original 30 year old AC went out. Custom worked with us to get us the combination of heat pump and gas furnace (dual fuel) system that we wanted, while still able to find us something that qualified for rebates. They showed up on time on the day we expected them, were very professional when talking to us, and did high quality work. They even took the time to explain everything to our son, who is interested in going into HVAC after he graduates. Trevor was especially great to work with, and even came back to the house at no charge to correct a small issue. We had a new A/C and furnace installed. Custom also installed our last one 17 years ago. The two technicians were (as usual) professional efficient and respectful of property (used tarps to cover floor and plastic on steps). When finished one explained everything including filter installation and hosing off outside unit. I highly recommend Custom Heating and Cooling

This was a great experience overall! They came within 24 hours of submitting the request for a quote, and provided us with several options within the next day. They were able to come and install within just a couple of weeks of giving us the quote.
