• I would like to give this 5-star review specifically to Tommy. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. He gave me a lot of useful advice about the equipment and explained things clearly. I really appreciate the time and effort he took to help us. I hope that the next time we need assistance, DC Air can send Tommy to help us again. However, I do want to share some concerns about my experience with the front desk, especially Christin. I first called DC Air last Friday and requested a service appointment. During the phone call, I understood that an appointment had been arranged for Wednesday. However, when I called on Tuesday to confirm, I was told that the appointment had never been booked because I was apparently expected to contact my builder first. I understand that DC Air may need the builder to be contacted first, and I had no problem with paying for the service if necessary. I tried to contact my builder but was unable to reach them. I explained this, but unfortunately, I felt that my concerns and what I was trying to explain were not really being listened to. The communication on Tuesday also felt very rude and frustrating. As a customer who is simply looking for help and does not have technical knowledge about the equipment, I don’t understand why I was spoken to in that way. I believe customers should be treated with patience and respect, especially when they are trying to understand a technical issue. Fortunately, when Tommy came on Friday, his professionalism completely changed my experience. He was knowledgeable, patient, and willing to explain things to me, and he gave me confidence that I could continue using DC Air when I need service in the future. So, my 5 stars are truly for Tommy and the excellent service he provided. I hope DC Air will recognize his professionalism and also take the feedback about the customer service experience seriously.

• My house was built in 2024. Little did I know the headache my family would go through with the A/C unit they provided. Installed through DC Air. It leaked last year in the summer. Just over a year after being installed. Brand new unit!!! I had to beg to fix it. It was super hot last summer and my wife was pregnant. Guess what? It happened again this year. Same problem. DC air said we were not covered for parts no more because they were charged for “labour” last year? I don’t know what that means. But left us high and dry. We have a baby not even 6 months living with us. What the heck? The unit they are putting in houses are bottom of the barrel quality. Designed to fail. Know that. And when it fails, they will either provide a momentary fix (if you’re covered). Or leave you high and dry. It’s a cold, fallen world we live in. Companies like this will remind you of that. Stay away please.

• Nathan is an absolute lifesaver!! • Customer service is disappointing and rude. They also refuse to take accountability for their poor workmanship. In response to you: You’re incorrect, all information was provided to you guys but instead I was met with attitude. My AC was installed in 2023 by this company which now has a refrigerant leak and damage to evaporator coils, and now you are refusing to take accountability for their poor workmanship. I’ve had two second opinions tell me that this is an installer issue. Each time I’ve called in, I’ve been met with complete disrespect and a condescending attitude with ZERO willness to help. Future customers, do with this information as you wish. Customer service is a 0/10 and obviously they lie. Yikes

• ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Service from DC Air! We had an excellent experience with DC Air. Our AC stopped working after another company had serviced our furnace. We were told that the motherboard had failed and that the repair could cost anywhere from $800 to $1,000. Wanting a second opinion, we contacted DC Air, and we’re so glad we did. The technician quickly identified the real issue and fixed it within a few minutes. There was no need for the expensive repair we had been advised to do. The technician was honest, knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. It’s rare to find someone who takes the time to properly diagnose a problem instead of recommending costly and unnecessary repairs. DC Air saved us a lot of money and got our AC running perfectly again. I highly recommend DC Air to anyone looking for reliable, trustworthy, and reasonably priced HVAC service. • Needed a furnace service and help with a broken humidifier. Paul came out and quickly fixed the humidifier and completed the service- he also provided some advise on which filter we should use moving forward and a report on overall furnace health. • Tommy, came to our house last Friday and performed the annual Maintenance on our Furnace. He ran diagnostic checks on the furnace, and the Humidifier and all was in good running order. He also checked the Hot water Tank and suggested that we may need a new unit in the near future. As he noticed the rust at the base of the tank. He then came upstairs and checked the Gas Fireplace in our Family room. He made sure the pilot flame, igniter, and wiring was in order on the control switch. We bought our home 11 years ago and are so glad that we chose DC Air to maintain our Heating and Air conditioning for the past 5 years. Thank you Tommy and DC Air. • Terrible experience. If I could give 0 stars I would. Been getting the runaround from them for a month now. Their technicians come in claiming it's "not their issue" with a new AC unit that was installed. A few days ago we had the HVAC technicians come in and tell us it's a leak and it needs to be fixed by the AC technicians. Had them claim they came to the house and no one was home when I watched them literally go to someone else's house on the street, get in their car and drive away. This is a ridiculous company. Administrative staff Anna and Shelly Amaral are terrible people to coordinate with. All they say is "they can't do this". You can literally do anything you want, you just have to instruct your technicians to come back to the unit they were scheduled to fix. Wouldn't get near this company. Terrible service.
