Can’t leave a review about service because technicians never arrived. Dear put in a furnace 6 years ago in my mother’s home. She called to request service because she had no heat in her home. Dear stated they didnt have any available technicians. My mother then called another company to have it looked at to see what the issue was. No actually work or replacements were completed by the other company but only a diagnostics, and the findings showed that the control panel on the furnace was faulty. Mind you, this is only 6 yrs old. She then called Dear again to request a technician since Dear installed the furnace, and let them know that the prior company stated it was a faulty control panel. Dear said they would send a tech out next day. Today Dear was a no call no show. Once my mother called and spoke with receptionist, the receptionist stated that the supervisor placed my mother on a “no work list” because she had another tech look at the issue. Now Dear is refusing to send a tech, even though the previous receptionist stated that the control panel should not be faulty after only 6 yrs. I’m leaving this review to help others avoid this issue with Dear.
