I’ve had a problem with contractors coming out to my home, “identifying the problem” then not resolving it. I can’t say that about Detroit Furnace. Bobby came out, actually identified the issue on my leaking water heater. Even after being told by several supply houses they didn’t have my model drain valve he kept looking. He eventually found it, returned and replaced it. Very grateful for Bobby and the Detroit Furnace team. Great service. I highly recommend

I found them through the Michigan rebate program and they are the best!! I’m so grateful for their fast service and experience! They fixed everything that needed to be fixed correctly and took care of everything! I’m so glad I found them and a special thanks to William and Conner!! I was honestly really afraid at first because there has been times where we have been scammed or cheated on by companies when trying to repair the HVAC and other repairs. 🚨🚨🚨SCAM ALERT🚨🚨🚨 This company just tried to scam me out of $5,100+ telling me I needed an entirely new AC unit for my home even though I just got an entirely new furnace put in after they came to my home telling me I needed a new one, which I got installed, costing me nearly $4,500. My AC was leaking onto my basement floor every time we used it. I decided to talk to a neighbor who works in heating and cooling and he told me all I needed was a new pan because mine had a hole rusted through it which is why it was leaking. Needed a new coil, as well. He had no idea why they would tell me I needed an entirely new AC unit because everything else looked just fine. Got all of that done by my neighbor for $750. It's tough enough trying to afford a house these days but it makes it so much worse with companies like Detroit Furnace trying to scam you out of thousands of dollars for repairs you don't need. Stay far away from them and go with someone else. UPDATE: This isn't my real name. I don't need to have my real name up here to have an account. And even if you did find my name, what are you going to do? Pay me back for the repairs that were made that your company should have done? This isn't the first time your company has "misdiagnosed" a problem and the "misdiagnosis" ended up being for far more money for work that was never needed So you can save that "We care very much about things like this" bs because anyone who deals with home repairs knows companies frequently try to rip people off. Your company just got caught doing it. Again.

I had Detroit Furnace out today to install a new ac unit. Everything regarding this whole experience was excellent...from Ryan giving me a quote, to another Ryan taking measurements and finally Nick and Jim installing the unit. I can't stress enough how thorough Nick and Jim were. They were very professional and friendly. If they do other things other than ac's I would certainly ask for them when needed! All this plus their pricing being much lower than other estimates. I will certainly use them again when needed. I would would definitely recommend this company!
