• I had an excellent experience with DR HVAC. The technician was professional, thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to actually inspect the HVAC system rather than simply performing a quick maintenance check. During the visit, he identified several issues that had previously gone unnoticed. He discovered an issue with the damper that may be contributing to two of the bedrooms being warmer during the summer, and he is putting together a plan and estimate to properly address the problem. He also found that an electronic filter previously installed by another company was extremely dirty. He removed it and installed a standard 16x25x1 filter. He also showed me another area of the HVAC system that was very dirty and explained what should be cleaned and when it should be done. What I appreciated most was that he explained what he was seeing, why it mattered, and what needed to be done, without pressuring me into additional work. I paid $250 for the maintenance service, and I felt the service was well worth the cost. I came away from the appointment feeling much better informed about the condition of my HVAC system and what needs to be addressed going forward. I was extremely pleased with the service and would definitely recommend DR HVAC. I will be using them again.

They explained what was wrong with my system why it made sense to replace and not repair but still offered to repair if that's what I wanted. • Excellent HVAC company in and near Dumfries, VA. My AC went out on Saturday morning. I spoke with Dr. HVAC on that Sat morning and they had someone at my home Sat evening to assess the problem. They stayed in contact with me throughout the entire process- from day one. I love that they took pics and showed me what happened and what they suggested for me. They kept in mind that I am a single woman with only one income, but provided me with the best quality product at the best price. I did get two estimates but Dr. HVAC came in at the lower price, with the same products the other company suggested as well. I was kept in the know EVERY STEP OF THE WAY, which I truly appreciated. They even worked with me as my bank had a daily limit, which caused a hiccup in paying them. If you need any type of HVAC services, especially an AC replacement, I STRONGLY recommend Dr. HVAC, INC. • Great service provided and very reasonable prices offered after having to buy and install a new AC Unit! After several days since we installed the new AC unit by Dr HVAC everything has been running great and the house has been very cool even with the scorching hot weather this summer! As such, we decided to call and schedule another appointment to have maintenance done with cleaning up our coil indoors and they provided great services once again! 2026 Update: After a couple years, we noticed that our indoor AC Unit wasn't running consistent. Sometimes the AC would blow cold air and sometimes it wouldn't. We called Dr HVAC Inc since they helped with the outdoor installation the last time around and they found out that the motor for the indoor unit was blown out and not working. Amine told us he would order a newer model for the indoor AC unit and get his team on it right away. In less than 2 days, he got the new parts ordered from out of the state and worked tirelessly to replace our old unit before the heat wave approached over the weekend. Not only that, but they also replaced our outdated Water heater unit all in the same day since we had a ongoing leak issue. Amine and his team did a FANTASTIC job overall!
