Turned out to be that the TXV was bad. I asked him a few questions. He answered confidently and truthfully. Got a quote the following morning. I called back and asked them to schedule the technician to come out. The technician showed up early on the scheduled date and fixed the issue pretty quickly. The whole process from the first call to get a diagnosis to scheduling and finally to fix the issue was pretty seamless and quick. I highly recommend this company.

• You know, I have done business with Gateway for many years! But after Laura left it seems to gone down! I had set an appointment between 08:00 and 12:00 to which they did not show! I called and got answering machine and left message. No reply! Called again about 3:30 p.m. and was told they were on their way! I told them to cancel and the lady tried to tell me I was wrong about the times. I explained that she set the appointment! WILL NOT USE AGAIN!
