My technician was Adam Haas,very professional and exceptional in his knowledge. Adam examined the components thoroughly and proceeded with the tune-up and safety check for my fireplace. In addition, Adam cleaned and polished the glass fireplace door, I was trying to clean myself. I now have a safe, and totally restored natural gas fireplace.
