Pretty sad a company charges 674.05 to install a bathroom faucet that i already had. The job took 45 minutes. They called me back and told me they have to spend alot of money for thier overhead.

Requested a service call for commercial HVAC filter change. Gave their team exact specifications to allow them to be prepared for the job. Recommended the technician to bring 24ft ladder and additional ladder for roof access. Showed up unprepared, and they are going to try billing me for a service call that was literally an initial greeting and leaving. What a joke.

After speaking with the owner (Andrew), I'm quite impressed with his knowledge, ethics, professionalism and he's extremely customer service conscientious... that is... he really listens to what the customer has to say and what they're needs are. When he was here quoting me a new system, I could hear what the distributors price was to him. I do understand his company needs to make a profit... however, what I heard vs what I was quoted was a more than a reasonable markup. In summation, out of the three contractors, I'm convinced that Andrew and his company is the company I'm going to do business with. I will write another review after the new system is installed.... followed by a review of how the system is performing vs the selling points. If you've read this far, you probably have figured out I'm not the average consumer... and you're correct. I had my own HVAC and electrical business here in the Kansas City metro area for over 25 years. Additionally, I taught HVAC and Electrical tech school classes for over 5 years before I retired. Because of my past, I can easily spot any person speaking on HVAC or Electrical who truly knows their "stuff" vs those who are winging it... lol. I can say, without any reservation, Hometown Heating, Cooling & Plumbing rates a FIVE STAR rating from me.

I got called back almost immediately after I put in a phone request, they came out next day. Very fast, for someone who is newly moved, I definitely recommend having these awesome Heroes take a look at your system after you get moved in and the technician that came gave me awesome suggestions for things to watch for and get fix that even my inspector missed. Update, a year into being on their constant comfort plan, I cannot recommend this upstanding set of heroes enough. When something is wrong, they don't dance around it, and they always give me straightforward responses and estimates. They've rebuilt drain lines, my main plumbing stack, my entire HVAC, and kept everything attainable and straightforward. Obviously any company wants to get you to do fixes and repairs, but these heroes give realistic lifespans and charge far more reasonable rates to get things done right, the first time and every time. Micah came out and did an inverter installation and the guys take great care of my systems and keep everything running smoothly.
