One evening last week my wife and I heard a hammering noise from the pipes in our home and were concerned. This prompted a call to Jerry Kelly. The next morning, Greg G a plumber at Jerry Kelly came without delay to look into the problem. Greg was courteous and explained in detail the problem and the solution. He told us about pressure reducing regulators and water softeners. It was evident that Greg was educated and experienced in this area of knowledge. After our acceptance of his suggested plan, Greg called the office and scheduled the work within the week. Phil H, a plumber, and Chris, an electrician, from Jerry Kelly came to our home today to install the regulator and water softener. Again, these gentlemen were courteous and very knowledgeable in their respective occupations. They paid attention to every part of their work. We were happy with the install, and they explained the process and use of these products in detail. We have been satisfied with the quality and expertise of the technicians from Jerry Kelly.

Brandon did my annual furnace inspection. He discussed the results with me that is easy to understand. He sign me up for next year AC inspection as well. Since we wanted a humidifier, Brandon honored the quote from 2025 inspection recommendation. This will keep our home warm but not dry. Thank you.

Our tech, Dedrick Tonsing, came to do a heating system checkup as part of our annual maintenance agreement and he was AWESOME! He was extremely thorough, very very professional, and took the time to explain the pictures he took to both my husband and myself. He then took the time to educate us on preventative measures for the future as well as telling us about Jerry Kelly's Buy Back Program for our system since we only have roughly a year left on our warranty. He also gave us the name of the Project Manager in Sales, Hunter, which he wrote down for us for our future consideration. We fully believe Dedrick went above and beyond with his time and expertise. We were very impressed with this young man and wanted you to know. Additionally, we would love to see him again for any of our needs. As with ALL your techs that we have had the pleasure to meet, Dedrick Tonsing is a TRUE KEEPER! Thank you Dedrick!!!!

My a/c quit working last night. I got online and made an appointment for the next morning between 8-noon. I did this at 11 pm the night before. The tech called ahead and was here at 8:30. Noah was a young man, very knowledgeable and great with explaining the issue. I do have some basic knowledge of hvac systems and could see everything he was finding and he was very good at showing me the tech info on how the system is failing. He also had another associate come by to verify what he was seeing and to help explain my options. That was Anthony. Also very knowledgeable and helpful in helping me make a decision on my system. A/C is up and running, but my system is shot. Will need replacement.

Jerry Kelly quoted us at $12,500 for a new water heater, water softener, and PRV. I had 2 other plumbing companies come out to quote the exact same thing and their prices were $3,300 and $3,700. Just a reminder to never go with the first company that comes out. Edit: Nothing needs to be made right. I already moved on with 1 of the other plumbers. Thank you.
