• Mr. Mike was prompt ,courteous, professional and thorough. We had recently had our well pump replaced, and the breaker was suddenly inoperable after 3-4 weeks without any problems. Once he had investigated the issue, he provided a clear plan and price for moving forward to identify the specific problem. He did so efficiently, moving with deliberation and purpose. He found and repaired a burned out wire that the plumbers had accidentally damaged during g the pump repair, and even took photos to show said damage. Once the repair was made, he ensured that each water faucet in the house was operating effectively, and, at my request, provided an estimate for a potential future replacement/install for our old water pressure tank. Thank you for a job well done, for friendly, knowledgeable and thorough customer service—Mr. Mike and Just Better made our day!
