He thoroughly checked the inside unit as well as the outside and found everything to be normal.   • This is the worse service. They came out to my home last week to recharge my HVAC and a few hours later my house was filed with smoke. I called to have them come back, got an appointment for Friday. They did not show and rescheduled my appointment to Monday. No one showed up during the service window and then rescheduled me again to Friday upcoming. It is going to be 80 plus degrees this week and I can’t stay in my home for a week because of this. Also, I keep getting the automated voice over and never get connected to a live person. This is ridiculous.
