  • We called Mills Heating & Air Conditioner, and they responded incredibly fast! A service technician was sent out the very same afternoon. The technician, Ben, was absolutely outstanding—professional, knowledgeable, and always smiling. He diagnosed the problem perfectly, handled everything efficiently, and left us completely satisfied. Thanks to Ben’s expert care, our AC is now working flawlessly. We’re so thrilled with the service and can't recommend Ben enough—more technicians like him would make all the difference! • Called mills on short notice due to a replaced thermostat (self installed) knew something wasn’t right as I am no expert. I had an appointment with Peaden hvac and they were incredibly late (not even a call to tell me they were going to be late) I then called mills and after reaching out to someone within minutes Elijah called and was 1. Able to give me an actual rough estimate (peaden would not) 2. Told me he could be there in an hour. So i agreed and made the request for him to come out. He arrived within his timeframe that he gave me and immediately got to work when he arrived. He was very respectful and knowledgeable. While he was working he explained what he was doing and testing for. I appreciated his sharing of knowledge and him stating what he was doing and he was quite thorough. Overall Elijah with mills was a great HVAC technician and I would recommend him to anyone.

  • I was coming home from choir and passed Jacob in the hallway as he was going out to his car for more supplies. He acknowledged me kindly even though he did not know who I was because my friend is the one who called Mills for me. When Jacob came back, he fixed my air conditioner, recommended what I should do every month to help my situation as he personally demonstrated how I should move forward. Jacob was kind and gracious and knew his business. My air conditioner is working again!
