• A friend referred me to My HVAC Guy about two months ago while trying to resolve airflow and comfort issues in my home. From the beginning, Kelton took the time to diagnose the issues, explain my HVAC system, and provide several options for addressing the problems. On September 8, Kelton arrived on time to install dampers and perform air balance testing. He took measurements throughout my home and clearly explained the work being completed. During testing, he identified that my system was not set up to achieve maximum performance and made the necessary adjustments. He then asked me to monitor the system and comfort levels over the next several days. What impressed me most was the communication and customer service throughout the entire process. Kelton and his staff were friendly, professional, knowledgeable and regularly followed up to make sure I didn’t have additional questions. It’s been good to work with an HVAC company that takes the time to diagnose the problem, explain the “why” behind their recommendations, and focus on getting the system to perform properly rather than simply trying to sell additional services. Tania was so nice and scheduled a 7am appt. Not a 4 hour window and he arrived on time. Kelton came out to give me a second opinion on my AC unit.
