• All started April 2019 Paid Nagare in full for a brand new 4ton ac and an 80,00 btu Gas Furnace split system. First winter and summer was fine. May of 2020 no air flow evaporator froze up, Tech came right out recharged unit, and it was determined the A-Coil had to be replaced which was done in short order. I was pleased with the service provided. the following May no cool air and again the A-Coil had to be replaced Nagare replaced right away in warranty. Summer 2021 not cooling again, this time I am wondering why this coil is failing I even call the factory they said check with the dealer. Again, Nagare replaces the A-Coil under warranty. About 6 weeks after replacing the A-Coil middle of summer no cold air on one side of our mobile home, A tech comes out right away we find 1 of the 12inch ducts under the floor is full of condensate water blocking air flow. He reaches in and pulls a plug from the condensate drain which immediately drained to the outside, I still have the plug. After a moment of shock, he told me my drain was plugged and to poke a hole in my vent to let the water drain and dry for about a week. By now my confidence in these techs is getting questionable and waning. Nothing mentioned about the duct damage. After the mud under my mobile got dry enough and suffering some hot nights me and my 79-year-old body spent a whole day replacing 2 20ft x12 inch ducts under a mobile home. I am by no means a small guy. 2022 May or June AC not cooling YEP bad A-Coil again under warranty it is replaced all in good time. 2026 the AC is working. Around the 1st of April Compressor stops running, I call and in no time a tech is here and tells me the compressor needs a hard-start-kit that he put in. I asked what the cost was and for an invoice was told he didn't do that, well I thought with all trouble we had with the unit maybe they would take care of the bill. Being a Retired repairman myself, I should have gotten a receipt. A couple of weeks later we get a bill, we paid it. I always gave my customers an Estimate why didn't Nagare Tech? Yesterday my wife told me the fan outside is going off and on. I go outside and the compressor is cycling on the thermal overload. 5:00pm and 110 degrees on that side of the house, who`s going to come out now? I am now 84 with some knee issues but with a history of refrigeration repair I decide to tackle the job. I gain access to the panel I'm thinking a bad fan capacitor, yes sir a dual 70/5 Mf capacitor with my Fluke meter capacitor test both herm and F are bad I find a new HD 70/5Mf 5% replacement and with a whole lot of discomfort on my knees I replace the capacitor. Now I am wondering did the compressor side of that capacitor fail in April? Did the compressor really need a Hard-Start -Kit or just new 70/5Mf capacitor? Why should I do any more business with this company?

• We live in an apartment and Johnny came by one day to fix our upstairs neighbors unit just to find out that ours was broken, not theirs. He "fixes" the issue but tells me that if the fan doesn't turn on when we use our AC, get in touch with them. He's written down the parts that would need to be ordered if we need their services again. Later that night, our unit fan doesn't turn on. Did he really fix it then? The next day, 2 different men come by in the afternoon to look at the unit so they can note what parts to order. Why not just get the notes from Johnny? Beats me. They tell me they'll be back later that afternoon or the next day, which is Friday. Friday evening approaches and still no contact from them or apartment maintenance. I call our manager and she says they'll be by on Monday. All weekend, no AC. Monday comes along, still nothing. I call our manager in the later afternoon, she gets in touch with Nagare and they said the parts they ordered for us got delivered to the wrong address. They have to reorder and they'll be by the next day, Tuesday. They don't come until Wednesday... Almost a whole week later... Nonetheless, Johnny was the most helpful. He's the one that came back to actually fix our unit and to make sure that it was working properly. He was very friendly the whole time.
