• I own several condo unit I’m a particular condo. Was referred to Nelco as they’ve done work in the building before Left 3 voice messages with no response. Found someone who care enough about my business. Don’t bother calling them. Call someone else who cares

• This is my second time dealing with Nelco. I would like to state that I am specifically speaking of their employee Rob and this is the fellow that I dealt with on both occasions as I was very happy with his work the first time. I found Rob to be very knowledgeable and respectful and he answered all my questions. He cleaned up the work area. He helped me to write a very specific list of items I would need from the hardware store for a second visit. He showed up on time and did not waste any time once here. He was able to resolve a major issue I was having with some plumbing. I still have further work to be done and I will once again use Nelco, asking for Rob to come to do the work.

• We purchased a condo unit for a family member in Guelph. Nelco renovated the bathroom, replaced the kitchen tap, hot water heater and installed a water softener. They were professional, prompt and friendly. They worked with my schedule, as I live out of town. I am very pleased and will definitely use them again.

• Overpriced and Complicated. But they do all work for the Property Management at the Condominium Complex that I own my property at. Have seen some expenses that where charged to our Condo fees and have to Say that we are being Robbed. And if Nelco would like an example of Robbery how about 7 thousand Dollars for a guy to cut a hole in 4 laundry room doors and putting four screws into 4 louvered door vents. But 7 thousand would have been way too much even if they replaced those four doors with brand new top of the line vented doors but they never they just cut holes in the old ones and property management just forks over $7000.00. Absolutely Disgusted would get zero stars if I could go that low.

• Feb 13 7 am - I was peacefully driving home on the 401 east (in the 3rd lane)and noticed a van approaching behind me at extreme speed. The force of that vehicle aggressively coming up to my bumper forced me to exit at homer Watson. If this person feels driving over 140km in the slow lane feeling so self entitled to endanger others is acceptable what respect does he truly have to customers at your company? Keep these employees off the road if they have anger issues!
