I found Kevin to be extremely efficient and knowledgeable. Very professional. Found the problem and fixed it in no time. I find Kevin to be very trust worth. And he fixed my snow blower when he was leaving. Thanks so much Kevin, really appreciate your help

The serviceman was knowledgeable about my particular furnace, answered my questions, and gave me confidence in his ability. He knew the name/type of the furnace as soon as he saw it. The company I used last time needed two men who didnt recognize the furnace, said they couldnt find the internal filter so didnt change it (which left me worried but there is none), left the oil filter loose and I had an oil spill. I had a hard time wanting to have it cleaned again and waited four years, worried all the time about the filter they didnt change. Your company was recommended to me and your receptionist made me feel I had called someone who could service it. Your service man...perfect. Thank you.

Dealt with Nova Home heating on an install of a 50gallon hot water tank. Kevin understood my goals and installed bypass valves to my 33 year old oil furnace. So in I can just run it during months. He did a tune up and cleaning on my old furnace so no valves leak when its off. Now I have the best of both worlds. I cant say enough about this company. Quick quote, fair price and scheduled and installed in a timely manner. Punctual, professional and did fantastic work at a good price. I highly recommend their team for any furnace work. Suddenly we had no hot water and I went to Google looking for the phone number to the company who previously serviced our oil furnace. I stumbled upon Nova Home Heating and saw the outstanding reviews so figured I would call them instead. They did not disappoint! The office staff member who answered my call was friendly and they were able to get someone to our house that day. The technician was professional, very knowledgeable, friendly, and provided clear explanations regarding the issues with the furnace. He quickly replaced problematic parts and the amount we were charged was reasonable. I saw firsthand why their reviews are so good. We will be sticking with this company for maintenance and repairs in the future.

After purchasing my home last year I had a couple of winter calls to Nova Home Heating. Once due to a sudden stoppage of the system and another due to very heavy oil smells. Of course both times were at the coldest time of the year and during a snowstorm. Courtney was very kind and supportive over the phone while fielding my worried calls and Kevin came both times to see what the issues were. Their professionalism and courtesy went such a long way in reassuring this new home owner and mom i didn't think of any other company to call for my annual cleaning. Yesterday.
