• We recently experienced an issue with our 14 year old York ducted heat pump when the AC stopped working. After receiving no call back from the original installer, we contacted On Track HVAC and they arrived the next day to trouble shoot. It was quickly determined what the issue was. On Track provided us with both a repair quote and a replacement quote. Based on the age of the existing heat pump, we decided to go with the replacement proposal. Work was scheduled for the following Tuesday. The technician, Jack, and his crew completed removal of the old unit and installation of the new system on the same day. The new heat pump was in service by 7pm. We were very impressed with On Track’s communication, the professionalism of both the trouble shooting and installation crews, and the quick follow up when we had a question about the filter in the indoor unit. We highly recommend On Track HVAC.

• I have just had my heat pumps installed and am very pleased with the gentleman (Alex) who installed them and his work ethic. From creating a quote with Joel, electrical work and installation of our heat pumps the total experience was fantastic. Joel provided a very competitive quote and was very patient and offered different solutions to a very challenging job. The sub-contractor for electrical that was provided by ON Track showed up on time, and again a challenging job was completed and we are highly satisfied with their work.
