  • Update: while it took a couple days to reach customer support, they were really understanding and sorted out the billing issue. I really appreciated their professionalism and care! Original review: With Scotia Mechanical, the difference between quoted prices and final bills was unreasonably high. I asked if they could deliver 3 custom-sized air filters—previously quoted at $27 each—and the final bill was over $500.

From the first meeting with Scott to quote on the replacement of two natural gas furnaces in my Halifax triplex my experience was very professional.
