The service was exceptional. Before the appt we had a time window of when to expect them. We were very pleased for them to call us early asking if they could come, we really appreciated that. The service technicians were very thorough, polite and professional and we highly this company.

The 3 gentlemen that came over to do the work were fantastic. Second to none, professional, kin and knowledgeable. My only down fall to this setup is a 3 day scheduled install was only booked on 2 days. Once main install was done or close to I got a notification that a future date would be required. Not a big deal just very inconvenient as my garage is not being done for another 2+ weeks. Besides that I have no concerns or problems. Scheduling is my only down fall. 5 stars plus if 3 days were originally scheduled as per quote. 8pm of the second evening I got a message from Travis asking how the install and everything went, I told him the same as mentioned above and after an hour of texting back and forth he assured me that they would be back next morning to finish the entire job as previously contracted if I were available. Bright and early they arrived and completed the install on the garage. Even with a part replacement on the outdoor unit as it was damaged in warehouse they were done by 5:30 in the evening. Thank you Kuldeep, Owain, and Dylan. Thank you for the great work. Fellas.

Kuldeep and Owain installed a new Fujitsu in my living room , removed an older one and Installed it in bedroom . These two young men did exceptional work, were so efficient , I highly recommend Twenty Degrees Air &Electric Ltd. Also, The price was good .

Amazing Team! Professional, really know their stuff. I can't say enough about the whole team from assessment to install. Super installers who really know what they are doing and it shows. Also impressed by how well mannered and polite and courteous the team were. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was operating as it should. Had them install one heat pump in basement, install was very timely and well done. So we had them install another one upstairs. They gave us various options, we made choices based on their recommendations and couldn't be happier. Thank you Travis, Clarke, Dillon, Kuldeep as well as the first team who installed (names escape me now- sorry). Would highly recommend 20 degrees.

A polite, efficient and knowledgeable team. They clearly communicated, answered all our questions thoroughly and made sure we understood how the entire system worked. They left the house tidier than they found it and the work looks just as clean as well. We are grateful for their prompt service!

I had a heat pump deep cleaning today with Twenty Degrees. They also initially installed the heat pump at my house about 5 years ago. Just like the install, this deep cleaning was again a top notch experience. Leland, the technician, was super competent, thorough and genuinely cared for the work he was doing. He provided very detailed info about every step of the deep cleaning and streamlined the settings for a better cooling and heating performance of our unit going forward. He was super easy to talk to and just a trustworthy specialist to have take care of the expensive equipment in our house. I highly recommend you ask for him to do your maintenance when you call Twenty Degrees, but honestly, I think you won't be disappointed with whoever comes over. I will stay with this company for the long haul. An easy 5 stars for me!!

Wanted to express my appreciation to 20 Degrees on the supply & installation of my ducted Fujitsu Heat Pump system. From organizing the removal of my old oil fired furnace, having all the new duct work installed & setting up my new system. Great job start to finish. Two years after the install I experienced a “no heat” issue, one of the Technicians came, was very helpful, identified the issue & completed the repair all in one visit! Top notch after sales service and was fully covered including the rural travel! Great Service!

Twenty Degrees installed a heat pump for us in early 2021, and then another one about a year later. After getting multiple quotes, I found that Fujitsu and Mitsubishi stood out as two of best heat pump brands. Twenty degrees carries Fujitsu and had some of the best pricing that I could find for any brand. The installation went as scheduled and it looks great. I highly recommend them 😊

6 years without a maintenance issue. Indoor compressor leaked last week. Fast and friendly and exceptionally professional. The guy who fixed my unit today was awesome. Clean and fast.
