• I am not one who likes door knockers but I have to say that my experience with Ashley was very enjoyable. Ashley was not pushy and was easy to talk with. I would say that her approach made me decide to go with this company to insulate my attic.( My house is older and I was already planning on getting someone to insulate.). From there an appointment was made, at my convenience and I met with Sukh. Sukh checked my attic out and sat down with me, showing the pictures of the attic. Everything looked fine but the insulation was only 2 inches in depth. He was very knowledgeable and helpful with what was needed. The next day, Adam and Kenneth came and installed the insulation. They both were very professional and very courteous. There was very little mess afterwards but they came in with the shop vac and cleaned up. • Short review: great people, good work, highly recommended. The long review that follows elaborates on my full experience with RPM, starting about a month ago. Ewan is the young man that came knocking on our door one evening, trying to round up some clients in the area. This kind of thing can be a tough gig but he was positive and friendly, and since my wife and I had already talked about upgrading the insulation in our attic before winter, we booked a visit for an estimate. Sukh came by the following day and had a look in the attic (forgive me if I got the name wrong, I seem to have lost his business card). He sat down with me and elaborated on what he recommended and why, going from an R20 rating (matching a house inspection report from a few years ago) to R70 that would pack down to R60 over time. He, too, was friendly and answered all my questions and concerns, although he did get a little defensive when I asked whether or not it would be worth it to install the baffles because the roof (not just the shingles), or parts of it, may need to be changed in the next few years, according to a roofer I spoke to some months ago. It's not that I doubted the purpose of the baffles, I just wondered about the hassle of having to put in some new ones if it came to that. Other than that very brief moment, it was a pleasant interaction. Just a quick tangent: I used to work in sales and recognized Ewan and Sukh employed several tactics I'm familiar with, but it was all positive and not overly aggressive, and I hold nothing against them. They sell in a way it should be done. Things were proceeding well and, although not cheap, the estimate was pretty much in the ballpark as what was expected after looking into the cost of trying to do it ourselves, so we went ahead and booked the work with the peace of mind it would be done by people who know what they're doing. A few days later Buck and Kenneth showed up on schedule. It was then I realized I should have asked Sukh if there was anything I should do before they came. Not a big deal but I did have to clear up some space and move things that might have gotten dust or dirt from the work, delaying things a little bit but it gave them time to get things ready, and they weren't stuck waiting around doing nothing while I sorted things out. I mostly dealt with Buck but both were courteous and agreeable. They worked efficiently, were done well within the estimated time it would take and they cleaned up nicely after themselves. No complaints there and not much else to report. After they left there were a couple of very small concerns I forgot to ask about but Buck called later to check in and addressed them. This demonstrates their commitment to quality service and customer satisfaction. That being said, they were all a good, friendly, smiling bunch to deal with and overall we are very satisfied with the service. Thank you Ewan, Sukh, Buck and Kenneth!

• Excellent experience from start to finish! I had an excellent experience with this company from start to finish while having my attic insulation and mould issues addressed. Everyone I dealt with was professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and genuinely concerned about making sure I was comfortable with the work being done. Ashley was the first person I met. She came to my door to explain what the company does and, rather than simply trying to make a sale, she actually encouraged me to do my own research and check their reviews, the BBB, and Efficiency Nova Scotia. I really appreciated that approach. Sukh came to do the assessment and spent about 90 minutes sitting down with me, explaining the entire process, answering all of my questions, going over the costs, and making sure I understood exactly what work would be done. He also explained the warranty that was included. I never felt rushed or pressured, and I felt very comfortable moving forward. Then came Adam and Kennith, who did the actual work. They arrived on time, were extremely polite, and even took their shoes off at the door. Before starting, they explained what they were going to do and continued to walk me through each step of the process. They made sure my family and pets were safe while the work was being completed. They were also very respectful of my home. Once the tarps were down and everything was protected, they got to work. They kept me informed throughout the entire process, which I really appreciated. When they finished, they cleaned everything up, stopped to speak with me about the completed work, and made sure I was satisfied. From the initial visit with Ashley, to Sukh taking the time to explain everything, to Adam and Kennith doing such a careful and professional job, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Everyone was respectful, punctual, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for attic insulation or related work. It’s clear that they care about their customers and take pride in the work they do. Thank you to the entire team for making what could have been a stressful project such a positive experience!
