Steve West, owner, began his training in his youth, first mentored by his dad and grandfather, the best in the business. Steve and his dad built a business based on honesty, reliability, loyalty and providing service with the utmost integrity. Steve ultimately took over the family owned business and ventured to the Metro Atlanta area where Premier will continue to service their customers with the same values as they have for decades. We are a small company with big service goals.

During the past 33 years living at my house I have never dealt with a better HVAC company than Premier. Most HVAC companies are out to rob you blind. This company is family owned and puts the customer first. I was serviced by an outstanding technician named Jordan Anguiano who had the necessary knowledge and was enthusiastic towards helping me.Other companies kept aggressively trying to sell me a new unit because they said the Freon my unit uses is no longer available and I was 2.5 lbs too low. Premier had the right freon and once it was systematically added my unit is cooling fine!The price charged was fair and reasonable. I will be exclusively using Premiere from now on and they will replace my existing HVAC unit when it is time to do so and not before.

I can’t say enough good things about the company. We’ve been relying on “the super cool guys” at Premiere since 2017 and they have not ever let us down! Steve and his crews are the absolute best, professional and highly qualified. We are a family of architects and would never use anyone else. We highly recommend them. Great company! Family owned. Steve and Jackie took great care of us. We noticed our upstairs unit was on its last leg and using the old freon. We decided it was time for an upgrade. They gave me straight forward pricing without the song and dance part of it. Would definitely recommend Premier to anyone looking for HVAC services.

Multiple service calls for the same issue, over $1,000 in labor charges, and the problem was never fixed. Warranty coverage I was told I had was not honored. Another contractor later found the condenser coil was still dirty despite Premiere saying it had been cleaned. Repeated calls for help went unanswered. My experience was poor workmanship, poor communication, and no accountability.

They have R-22! I was told by others that there was no chance that I could get any and that I had to replace the AC units. Not true. Premier has the refrigerant in stock. Excellent customer service.

I have the BEST service tech, his name is Mauro. He’s super friendly, punctual, respectful, does great work. He even rescues animals. He’s a HUGE asset to this company. They’re all very sweet and helpful. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Anyone who would give this company anything other than 5 stars, doesn’t know what they’re talking about. There's more than one HVACs named Premier. Be certain that you get Premier Mechanical. Others will tell you that they are the same. They aren't.

Mauro quickly found and fixed the problem with my air conditioner that a technician from another HVAC company could not resolve. The other Company tried to sell me a whole new system and gave me an outrageous quote. If I ever do need to replace the system I would stick with Premier HVAC because of the way they handled this repair, with honesty, expertise and credibility.

Mauro Perez is soooo good! He came to my house and fixed the problem i was having for 3 weeks with another company. In 30 min he successfully identified the issue and fixed it. The othe company made me wait for weeks for a solution and didnt know where the problem was. They were also trying to sell me a new system for nothing! Love Premier HVAC! Had our HVAC cut out Sunday evening, Premier was able to come out first thing in Monday morning, diagnose, gave me a few options to repair, and by the afternoon we had our HVAC working again. Ultimately decided to just fix the blower motor but will use this company again when it's time to replace our equipment. Thank you Mauro for being so polite and professional, and for getting us repaired!

Their tech came to our townhome for the HVAC heat pump issue, spent more than 3 hours diagnosing the issue and then told us that we had to replace the zoning control board and the thermostat at $1400 in total. We were charged $390.00 for the diagnosis. We were not convinced by what he told us. Then, we called another HVAC contractor from different company to look at the issue. He was able to pin point the issue with the unit in 15 minutes and fixed it by refilling refrigerant at around $300! What a difference! I will never trust and use Premier HVAC Mechanical Corporation again!
