They replaced our HVAC system while also helping us navigate an incredibly challenging and frustrating process with our home warranty company. Proluxe and Ramon truly went above and beyond. They repeatedly provided the same documentation and information the warranty company requested, followed up consistently, and did everything they could on their end to keep the process moving forward. When communication from the home warranty company was lacking, Proluxe was professional, responsive, and kept us informed every step of the way. Their patience and willingness to advocate for us made a difficult situation so much easier. When it came time for the installation, Ramin was equally impressive. He was professional, respectful, clean, and considerate of our home, and the quality of his work was excellent. It’s rare to find a company that combines quality workmanship with this level of customer service and genuine commitment to their customers. I had an exceptional experience with Proluxe Mechanical after they were assigned to me through my home warranty to investigate a potential A/C leak into a neighbor's unit.Ramin was highly communicative, prompt, and thorough. On his first visit, he noted my components ran the opposite direction of the neighbor's unit. To be 100% sure, he needed to make several precise cuts into my drywall to check behind the wall. He seamlessly jumped onto a three-way call with me and my home warranty company to get it authorized and immediately scheduled a follow-up for the very next day. He completely ruled out my unit as the cause and even installed a safety feature on my A/C for a very reasonable fee. A huge thank you also to Kim in the office, who responded to my email request immediately and ensured I had all the necessary documentation right away. Incredible service from start to finish!

The whole experience was great from start to finish. Scheduling was easy, and the service was fast. The tech who came out to repair the HVAC system and replace the variable speed air drive was really patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything. Proluxe Mechanical performed an excellent Tuneup service on my AC system. Leading up to the appointment, communication was great. On the day-of my appointment, the technician (Ramin) was friendly, looked professional, and worked very efficiently. My AC is blowing cold air again. 5 star service was provided. We had Prolux replace our HVAC system and couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. The team was super easy to work with, showed up on time, and got the job done without any hassle. They did a great job with the installation, made sure everything was working perfectly, and cleaned up after themselves, which we really appreciated. Ramin was amazing! He was always on time and communicated everything very clearly. Working with Ramin and Proluxe was such a refreshing experience.
