• Recently had a maintenance call to prey for winter. Danny the tech came and did a thorough job, made a small repair all with a smile. Great service We needed a new boiler.Len was able to install a new one in a few days. His crew were excellent. Highly recommend. • I signed up for Tempasure's membership plan, which includes two visits a year for furnace and A/C maintenance. I'm very happy knowing that both systems will be looked at yearly before they go into heavy use. Last week, Danny came for the annual furnace maintenance. Booking was easy, the visit windows are reasonable (4 hours), and there is plenty of communication leading up to the visit, which I like. Danny did a great job, showing me pictures of the parts of the furnace I don't regularly see. He even took the old filter away for disposal. A few hours later, we noticed that the A/C was no longer working. I called Tempasure that afternoon and Danny returned the next day. It looks like he inadvertently knocked a wire loose during the previous day's maintenance. The repair took 5 minutes, and we were not charged for the second visit. That shows a level of integrity that can be hard to find.

• The summer of ‘26 was not the ideal summer for an A/C breakdown! Once the house temp reached a stifling 26+C, it was clear that we had a problem. A call to Len Minuk was personally returned by him, and a tech sent out for diagnostic assessment. Despite a 4 hour window, Danny called and announced his pending arrival only 1/2 hour into the “window”. He was friendly, personable and professional. His investigation was detailed and thorough, insuring every possible system failure cause was ruled out. The one hour visit was not rushed and Danny’s conclusion was discussed to my satisfaction. The A/C unit needed replacement. Danny’s house call was on Tuesday this week, the new A/C installation was yesterday, just 2 days later. Efficiency and customer service is Tempasure’s priority. They delivered when we needed them. And, we are cool once again.

• If I could only give zero stars. Please call this company if you want to get rescheduled several times over a week only to have them call you and tell you they don't want the work. I sent details and photos for the specific work I needed done (rerouting condenser wires and pipes, AC ducting and pipes) and if they had told me then, I would be fine, even happy. But to take the day to await the OWNER of the company who then called and told me his truck was down for repair, to then have the office admin (a wonderfully polite lady) to say we basically really don't want the work -- it's TOO complicated. Is this company HVAC pros? Please don't call them if you have "complicated" work.

Both our furnace and air conditioner were 26 years old and served us very well. But now we needed a new furnace and air conditioner a.s.a.p. Len’s follow-up phone calls, even while on holidays, were much appreciated, in addition to calls from his office. • Getting a mini split from Len and his team at Tempasure Heating and Air Conditioning has been a GAME CHANGER!!
