• This was my first time calling this company. Yes, they performed an inspection on my 11 year old furnace and yes, they detected a most serious flaw: the exhaust pipe was spewing out such a high level of CO that they wanted to shut down my furnace. They asked me to look at the inside of the furnace which showed heavily corroded terminals. If there would be one crack, my CO monitors would have gone crazy. So I thank them whole-heartedly. Why I am grading them with only a 3, is because it took a lot of frustration on my part to get the correct invoice and after that, the inspection report. I should not have had to go thru so much work and aggravation especially since I had a very dangerous furnace on my hands.

• Update in 2026: Still Exceptional We recently moved to a new home and were in need of AC help. I tried a local company trying to support local but they were unable to fix or even diagnose the issue. Fast forward a month of back and forth with them and I gave up and called AccuServ. • On a Friday, we started hearing noises coming from the A/C and called Accuserv for a diagnostic. The technician came promptly and was polite. We talked about replacing our whole HVAC system and were offered a few options with different pricing. We said we needed some time to think about which level of equipment we wanted, and were told we would be contacted after the weekend, specifically on the following Monday since I was travelling thereafter.
