• Eugene and his team did a great job installing a mini split HVAC system with three heads in my third-floor apartment. It was a fairly complex installation due to the height of the building and the limited access because the property is very close to the neighboring building, which made traditional ladder access difficult. Eugene took the time to carefully assess the situation, brainstorm practical solutions, and ultimately came up with a setup that worked very well for the space, including locating the compressor on the balcony. • AC Furnace installed a Rinnai tankless water heater for us. Our old hot water heater was red tagged by Enbridge & they shut off the gas in January. We were given a few very high quotes for a tankless water heater from TO contractors. In desperation, I went to AI and asked which companies in TO do very good work at a reasonable price. Up came AC's name from AI. I called them a few minutes later at 6:30 pm. Someone answered the phone! I had a quote in two minutes at an excellent price - almost half the price of another quote.
