He came here my home on just time, and started to check my thermostat and moving down to check the furnice room. He found why the thermostat doesn't work exactly and explained to me. It was a complicated installation because the new humidifier was larger and had to fit into the same space as my old unit; as well some of the connections did not match my existing piping. He was very thorough with his inspection and, although he initially diagnosed the issue correctly but couldn’t fix it on the first visit, he resolved it during his second visit. He also didn’t charge us for the replacement part since he was able to claim it under warranty. Ali seemed very knowledgeable and double-checked everything to make sure it was all working properly.
