Tornado hvac was very reasonable and I appreciated them working with me when my whole hvac unit died. I really liked the owners vibe. Their workers on the other hand left alot to be cleaned up with styrofoam packaging and cardboard pieces. Along with beer bottle caps on the front lawn after they finished. They also left the electrical panel cover off and I had to fetch one of the guys before they left. In addition to leaving my fence to the garden off the hinges. Overall I would still recommend them, just didn't appreciate the lack of care from the workers.

During the heatwave in July, our mini split died. 4 different hvac companies came out. The entire system needed to be replaced. All were professional, but hands down Tornado HVAC gave us the best estimate and had the best vibe. Josef and crew showed up the next day, as promised, and were quick and thorough. We were so pleased with the level of professionalism. I would highly recommend Tornado HVAC to anyone. It is now mid-September and our AC is keeping everything cold! No problems with the unit. My husband and I are really happy. Oh yeah, did I mentioned our dogs loved them, too?

I heard about Joseph from friends/neighbors and decided that he was the guy to install a mini-split system into my a room that needed it badly. It has cooling and heat. He came today and did all the work quickly and cleaned up after the work was done. We are totally looking forward to enjoying it.

This is a horrible company. They scammed you into signing up for their air duct and dryer vent cleaning with their social media ads. We requested the service and the machine is hooked up to our smallest vent in the kitchen and the power is so low that we couldn’t even feel the power sucking the dust from the duct. They claimed they cleaned the dryer vent outside but they didn’t. My camera shows the tech only walked in and out within a minute. I asked him to leave the lints inside my trash can and he didn’t. I was told he took the trash with him when I asked again. The vent is filled with much lints as before. They bluntly lied to claim something they didn’t do at all. Do not trust this company.

I had Tornado HVAC come out to clean our dryer vent after a clog had gotten so bad that I was having to run the dryer several times just to get our laundry dry. The technician did an excellent job from start to finish. He was clean, organized, professional, and worked quickly and efficiently. Dryer vent cleaning can create quite a bit of mess, but he went above and beyond to make sure everything was cleaned up when he was finished. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the care he took in our home. The difference was immediately noticeable, and I’m very glad I called Tornado HVAC. Excellent service, great workmanship, and a technician who clearly takes pride in doing the job right. I highly recommend Tornado HVAC and would absolutely use them again!

This company is a 100000/10. Last month at a peak heat wave, I’ve called- I’m not even kidding -over 15 companies. I have a dog who was overheating in a house that was 90 degrees. Barely habitual to say the least. NO ONE- absolutely NO ONE was available to come until 2 days time, most 3-4. Reminder, inside was 90 degrees, outside 100. Then I found this place, and they were at my house within 45 minutes after the call ended… UNREAL! Eddie is not only so knowledgeable, but truly just the best and cares about your comfort. Also, they have the parts you need to fix the issue on site right then and there. There was no waiting period- it truly was a VIP experience, which I never thought a HVAC company could provide! And today! I had a circuit issue and they came again within 30 minutes and saved the day yet again. Do yourself a favor- trust- Eddie and his team are the way to go!

SCAM ARTISTS! DO NOT USE! Had an HVAC system leaking. They told me the line was clogged and my pipe wasn't level. Quoted me $800 to "blow out the line" and $1800 to fix the pipe. Had a 2nd company come out, they told me the line was clear and even opened it to check. Told me the pipe was level. My issue was a valve freezing and then melting causing the leak. The company, Manny HVAC, charged me nothing for consultation. Unbelievable I was almost taken for a $2600 ride to "fix" absolutely nothing by these clowns at Tornado. Oh and by the way, Tornado still charged me $95 to come out and do nothing but lie to me and try to scam me.
