• The AC Tech from Vern and Ellsworth Hahn arrived on time, we'll prepared to diagnose my AC failure. His tech skills AND his people skills are excellent. He took time to share his diagnosis with me and my home warranty company and I will be getting new AC unit from his company. Today a new outside AC unit and inside "A coil" unit were installed by Dan, Graham and Camren. The outside unit included a new foundation base and electrical wiring. The "A coil" on top of the furnace included a leak sensor, a drip trap and sheet metal work. Dan is the team lead. He took time to explain the install and ran an efficient, professional crew. Vern and Ellsworth Hann Company owns my future HVAC plumbing business that will be needed in this old house. This post is for a non-urgent Plumbing estimate by Les Beaman. Les arrived on time, ready to see desired work, estimate and explain how it would be done and then he scheduled the job for me. Once again V&E Hann impressed me and the job will be done in 2 days.

• Placed a service call to VEH after my boiler failed to come on last week. Paul came to diagnose and repair the problem. He was very thorough and inspected the boiler as well as checked the outdoor chimney. He pointed out that the chimney cap was missing and suspects that either a down draft or an animal getting in the chimney caused the safety shutoff to activate on the boiler. He also suggested I may need a chimney liner and provided an estimated cost for VEH to complete the job. Thank you for the coming out so quickly and resolving the issue.
