Joe sent a text, which included his photo, to let me know of his arrival. After his inspection, he explained my options for a new system. The next day, Travis and Randy arrived to install my chosen system, and, after completion and cleanup, explained how to set the thermostat. From beginning to completion, all three were very professional and focused. Thank you, 3D Air Services! 2/17/2025:::Austin arrived as scheduled to perform the one year maintenance. We also discussed options for maintenance going forward, which was very helpful! 2/12/2026::::Donovan arrived as scheduled, and, after a short discussion about a part replacement, began the maintenence procedure. He noticed the light bulb in the attic was out, and, replaced it! A small thing, but, necessary! After completing the scheduled maintenance, Donovan explained his observations, and, concluded with scheduling the future maintenance. He is truly a great asset to your team! 10/05/2026::::great to see Donovan again on this maintenance visit! He arrived timely, and, after a short conversation, began taking care of business. He changed my filter, and, scheduled my future maintenance checkup!
