• Our air conditioner was leaking last night in our basement and my first call ever to airwave was a good experience. The technician answered my questions and made an appointment to come out first thing the next morning. He would've even come out that night if I wanted to have it fixed immediately. Next morning he came promptly and fixed my problem and answered all my questions patiently. His name was Jacob and he really knew his stuff. It turned out to be a clogged pipe and I had him do a Standard maintenance on the air conditioner and he did not overcharge and just charged me for the maintenance. • Air Wave responded promptly the day I called with a leaking hot water tank. Knowledgeable and friendly technician. Confirmed it was a leaky tank and helped me contact Them to activate warranty and get a new heater from Home Depot. Other than the time spent waiting on the phone with Them and Home Depot, it was all a good experience. When I got the new tank the next day, the same technician came (like that) and although he was 2vhours later than originally scheduled, did a quick and efficient job. I was very happy with the work except for the fact that they turned the gas off to the furnace and didn't turn it back on. I noticed the cold first thing in the AM and was able to restart the furnace. Overall very happy with the service.
