  • Customer since 2004. Always dependable and trustworthy. Easy to work with.

  • 2026 update. Existing customer for major services performed (aka new furnace). New house, newish equipment within last ~10 years. Performed furnace and AC yearly maintenance, as existing residence haven’t had it performed for years. Furnace/AC inspection was nominal. Bobs refused to perform troubleshooting on ~10-year-old tankless water heater, “afraid would break it”, but happy to quote $6600 for a new one. This is contradictory to customer service stating it would be an additional $99 for maintenance. Another company (2 Sons Plumbing & Sewer) successfully diagnosed and maintained the tankless for a fraction of the cost of a new unit. Error code 10 no longer occurs during a bathtub fill. Will be switching companies for services going forward.

  • I called a competitor HVAC company to have my gas furnace tuned up. The service technician provided me with an estimate for needed repairs. The estimate was for $4,600. They negotiated it down to $3,600. The furnace is five years old. The original cost was $5,400. I called Bob’s Heating for a second opinion. The technician ran a diagnostic test. Turns out my furnace is within range for each function or component tested. No repairs needed.

  • Called Bob's, tech came for diagnosis. Charged 178.00 plus tax. He did not send me an estimate for repair or for a new system. I called him twice and it has been over one week and still no response. My furnace does not work and it is getting cold. Very unreliable staff and company. Not recommend this company that lets customers hanging.

  • I can’t evaluate the quality of Frederick’s work because I don’t know about repairing furnaces. All I know is that he did his work quietly and professional and my furnace is working normally. I trust that Bob’s Heating hired him because he was qualified. He gave me that impression.

  • Excellent as always. Every season and heating/cooling appliance: air conditioner, furnace, hot water heater--even dryer duct cleaning. On time, professional, easy to schedule, discount for prepay and no hard sell.

  • Danny is the best! A genius with our furnace. He diagnosed the problem immediately, ordered the part and had our heat on in no time.

  • I had to call for help with my heat pump, and Bob’s came quickly, and sent the nicest, and most thorough repairman I ‘ve met! Daniel was the best, and he explained what happened, which is rare! 5 stars and a thanks to him!

  • For the past four years, I’ve had Kyle Tinton from Bob’s Heating service all of my home’s major systems — my water heater, furnace, and A/C. Every visit has reinforced why I continue to request him by name. Kyle knows my appliances inside and out, remembers their history, and understands how I like things done. That consistency and familiarity give me real peace of mind. Kyle’s technical expertise is outstanding. He explains what he’s doing, why it matters, and what to expect next. I trust his judgment completely — he’s honest, thorough, and never rushes the job. It’s rare to find someone whose skill makes you feel genuinely confident in the long‑term health of your home systems. What truly sets Kyle apart is his personality. He’s personable, respectful, and easy to talk to. I feel comfortable having him in my home, and that comfort is a big part of why I stay with Bob’s Heating. Whenever they ask why I specifically request Kyle, the answer is simple: he’s the technician I trust. He represents the best of Bob’s Heating, and I’m grateful for the reliability and professionalism he brings every year.

  • My heating & air conditioning stopped working. The technician came and fixed it. I am writing here just to share the price: $159 service call, $450 to replace a contactor. Plus tax, the total is $670+. Feels like on the expensive side.
