I called to request same day service for an elderly family member who was having AC issues. The first company I contacted refused service because I was not the homeowner despite explaining my family member requested that I arrange the visit due to hearing impairment. Thankfully Bolen was agreeable to service the property. They were able to come out quickly and solve the problem. I will definitely call them for any future issues and appreciate their professionalism.

Great service. Making an appointment over the phone was easy. They quickly figured out what was wrong with my AC, replaced the part, and fixed the dampers in my attic. They were very transparent with what was wrong and explained how they fixed it. Highly recommend.

When I talk to Brittany in the office and told her what the problem was with my air and I'm in Kernersville and she said I can have someone out there within 30 minutes I have a guy in Kernersville. Hunter came it wasn't too long and he figured out what our problem was that so many others had failed to do If you need someone to do your heating and air these are the guys They know their stuff They know what they're doing I recommend them highly recommend them Thanks guys for such a wonderful job we will call you again. And the guy that works for them Hunter very knowledgeable guy very sweet person I would let him work on my stuff again they're just wonderful It's all I can say they're wonderful.

I signed a contract for our HVAC installation with a clearly stated total price and proceeded in good faith. Seven weeks after the installation, we were contacted and told there had been a “bookkeeping mistake” and that we now owed an additional $4,000. This was not a change in scope or an upgrade — just an internal accounting error passed on to the customer. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing. Accurate billing is a basic expectation when signing a contract, and this experience seriously undermined our trust. I will not be recommending Bolen heating and anyone reading this should reconsider choosing them.

Bolen company and especially the owners are fantastic. $5,000 less than anyone else. Power bill dropped by $200 a month. Being new equipment there are always issues. Bolen was dead on it and had fixed in hours. Worth every penny, even if annual is a bit much. It does cover everything for 10 years, so as I said, "WORTH EVERY PENNY!" Anyone who shops elsewhere, has more money than sense! Great company and people to work with.

I have maintenance contracts for several properties. This company is very honest, efficient, prompt and does excellent work. They will evaluate a situation and let you know the best and most economical solution, even if it’s to their detriment. They have been in business for a long time and there is a reason for that. I had repair done to my A.C in February and was quoted 2K to replace a warrantied coil, labor, and freon. They charged me for ordering the warrantied part. The job took about 4 hours max. The quote given included an all day repair; hence the 2K quote. Bolen charged me the full 2K amount even though the job took the 4 hours.

These people are some of the best business people we've ever dealt with! They have installed two HVACs over a long number of years and given us excellent service.
