• Recently got my yearly inspection/tune-up and have only good things to say. Prices are very reasonable, Ernest takes pride in his work and is meticulous. After the inspection I also had him install dampers to get even airflow everywhere in the house, he had a special tool to help measure how much air was coming out of each vent to be able to properly adjust the dampers. As a result the house is the same temp in all the rooms now! He also installed some soft starters on our units so that our whole house generator can start them fine when the power cuts out. He will not push you or recommend anything you don’t need. If you have any issues call him!

• I highly recommend Ernest, owner of Desert Bloom HVAC LLC. I had to call him out twice in a short period due to issues with my air conditioner, and both times he exceeded my expectations. The first time, he came out the very same day and quickly found and cleared a clogged condensate drain, resolving the leak. About a week later, my unit stopped working altogether. I called Ernest, and despite it being late, he came out at 10:00 PM. He diagnosed a failed circuit board and, knowing I couldn’t wait without air conditioning, he was able to safely bypass it as a temporary solution to get my system running again until the proper repair could be made. Ernest is responsive, knowledgeable, honest, and truly cares about his customers. It’s hard to find someone who is willing to provide that level of service, especially late at night. If you’re looking for a dependable HVAC company, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Desert Bloom HVAC LLC.

• Our AC went out on a 115 degree day. I called a couple of other places and they could not come for 2-3 days. I called Desert Bloom and Ernest came that day. Unfortunately it was our compressor that went out. It was a Sunday so we had to wait for the supply house to open Monday morning. Ernest called us first thing Monday morning with our options and cost. He brought the parts that day changed out the compressor and spent hours in our very hot attic making repairs to our ductwork that was kinked. We would highly recommend Desert Bloon Air.
