If I could give them 10 stars I would. We had a major problem with another HVAC company and made them remove everything and had Omega replace everything. Adrian went above and beyond what he needed to, to help us out. Getting us a temporary unit until the one we wanted got in. They fixed the electrical issue we were having from getting a bigger system. Our original system was too small for our house. This company was here when they said they would be, cleaned up afterwards and constantly checked in to make sure everything was going right. They were a good send after the nightmare the other company gave us. Thank you Adrian and crew. You’re the best.

I had this company come out and do service on July 10th and I sent them the following message and they have yet to respond. I spent almost $300 with them and feel like more problems came out after they said no problems were found. Please be cautious using them! Good evening I used you all in July and last week I had a home inspection because I’m looking to sell my home and the inspector found a pinhole leak on the drain line on the roof and condensation on the inside of the HVAC unit in the house, I didn’t see any of that identified when the technician came out. Were there any findings that possibly were not reported to us? This is what I paid for- Premium Maintenance 1.0 $285.00 $285.00 Premium Maintenance Check system and components. Refrigerant level check. System efficiency check. Filter and drain line check. Regulate and adjust air flow. Electrical check. Performance check Full system cleaning, drain line flushed. Filter replacement if needed. Up to 1lb of refrigerant if needed.

Eric arrived right on time during our morning window and was an absolute professional. He quickly diagnosed the issue as a blown capacitor on my rooftop unit, had the exact replacement part on hand, and fixed it safely and efficiently. In no time, our home went from a stressful situation back to being 🥶 It is rare to find an HVAC company this fast, honest, and communicative. Going forward, I will absolutely be using E.P. I was in crisis and called omega because they had done a tune up on the ac earlier. I was informed that I needed electric wor k and problem would be fixed.. $150 later, electrician told me that was not the problem. I called omega back. They said iI needed whole new system at $8000. I am disabled and with MS. Had no choice ut to get it done or shop around I called for warranty work. Two days later because new unit pulses and shuts down with aloud bang. They came it is now one month later and it's not fixed. Acweek ago unit shut down. There was a short in system and wires were replace. It friedd my thermostat and I had to replace that my expense. The email I was given by owner rejects my mail I am uneasy as to what will happen next.

My thermostat went bad and my AC wouldn't turn on, I called them few times around 9:00 pm and no answer. However, next morning they called me back, scheduled a visit for later that day, they showed up on time, replaced the thermostat and resolved the issue. All of this under warranty. Communication was awesome via text messages. I definitely recommend this company!! Thank you guys!!

I purchased a new HVAC unit last year. The air conditioner is not working properly. They came out to repair it this morning. It is still not fixed! I paid more for this HVAC unit because of the 10-year warranty that they offered. Our home has been in the mid 90 degrees all week. This is NOT OK.
