EP Comfort came in to my to install new condenser and coils they were very Professional and clean the the two gentleman in side Brent and Juan or courteous, clean and professional, they watched their language. Our A/C unit went out and our home warranty company put us in touch with EP Comfort Heating and Cooling. Although we were unsuccessful in trying to get our home warranty to replace our unit, Kevin, the owner was really great; he was very helpful in trying to help us the assistance we needed with the warranty company, he listened and answered all of our questions. He was not pushy at all. He communicated with us at all times and always answered us whenever we had a question or needed assistance. We scheduled to have our unit replaced. Two of his crew members showed up early in the morning. It took them about 5 hours to replace everything. They worked fast, efficient and were very friendly. We highly recommend this HVAC company. After over a month without A/C, we are highly satisfied with the new unit and the service we received.

Another contractor recommended Kevin to me because my unit's drainpipe was leaking and water was seeping into my house. I called, and they responded very quickly and professionally, resolving my problem immediately. The price was well worth the service. Am I happy?! You bet your boots! In this recent heat waveâof courseâ my A/C stopped! Sobellaâs told me I needed a new system starting at $9,000! So, I thought I better ask around on Nextdoor app. I received many recommendations but I chose Kevin at EP Comfort because he called immediately was very polite and knowledgeable. So glad I chose Kevinâs companyâŚjust a new capacitor and refilled missing Freon. I do have a 28-30 y/o system but Kevin said that I donât need a new system yetâprobably another 2-3 years! Yay! Called EP Comfort on a Wednesday. They had a 2 man crew at my home within 24 hours. After a diagnostic test the thermostat was found to be the problem. It was replaced and I have not had an issue since. A week later the AC at my Mom's house was not cooling. Diagnostic showed the problem was a pump and the water distribution system system had to be replaced. Her AC was running in 48 hours. These guys are great! This company canceled my warranty claim in error after I asked if they could schedule after three pm that day or at anytime the next day. I told him that I thought it was the thermostat asking if Select Warranty will replace it with the same google nest thermostat I currently have. He said they would not. So i told him I was going to try changing it out myself since that is something I can easily do so I could get it fixed yesterday since he couldnât come out yesterday. He clearly told me if I didnât need him to repair it that it was my responsibility to cancel it on my end or he would have to charge me. Since he wasnât coming out yesterday anyway, I had time. Having replaced thermostats, I replaced it and discover it is not the thermostat. I called him to verify a schedule for today and he informed he he had canceled the claim. and tried to tell me that I told him to cancel which was absolutely not true and two he told me he I needed to do it on his end or be charged. That he couldnât. He canceled without my permission. Violated everything he said. Select told me since he canceled it in error that I had to contact him. He ia telling me that I have to contact the warranty company. Bottom line is he is required to respond to me within a certain window and I live an hour away from his office and he doesnât want to come out here since . He is telling me that he canât get to me until next Friday which is 9 days since the claim was requested. He simply never wanted to do that work in my community. He screwed up and doesnât want to rectify it. Total joke of a company.
