  • This is not the first time I have called First Call. They replaced my old furnace and checked my existing A/C. This time my old hot water heater needed to be changed. As a much-appreciated perk, the plumber also tested my sump pump and explained how I could do it at no additional charge! The installers arrived on time, used tarps to protect our home, and explained what they had done. An additional reason I called First Call again, is their active participation in community events. They give back to our community wherever possible. I would not hesitate to call them again.

  • Required a follow up service call to a repair done last February which was completed on the family day weekend when every supplier was closed for the holiday. The repair was completed using parts available in the service vehicle which was both a time and cost saving measure although not the actual proper replacement part. Ultimately, the part failed and required another service call which was completed today the same day I requested it The proper kit part was installed and the entire service call was handled under warranty. Very pleased with the service and would highly recommend First Call Heating & Air Conditioning for you service needs.

  • Just a simple note of thanks to Tony, plumber for First Call. Qualified, honest and very customer oriented. Sometimes it's very hard to find a good tradesman like Tony. He is gets the work done right in a timely manner. Our sump had so many problems from the summer rains, he fixed it and we can now relax. Yes, it was expensive but piece mind costs.
