  • Milestone people and the warranty have been great. I would rate higher but I had a ton of work done 2 years ago (new electrical panels, sub panels, meter can, surge protectors, plumbing in front yard and house and replaced HVAC (inside and outside). The electricians were awesome and I’m very happy with that work. The plumbing was not good (cut holes everywhere, left a mess, broke a light fixture…but they did pay for a replacement light…sloppy). Lastly and the biggest issue, the replacement HVAC unit has not run consistently for more than 3 months at a time for last 2 years, constant leaks and replacement parts. HVAC was the largest part of the capital investment and it has failed at least 8 times in the last 24 months. That said, I would rate the technician today, Hugo and some others who have been out, much higher and the Milestone warranty I would rate higher, the problem I have is that my system does not run, runs too much, has condensation leaking out the air handler in the attic, etc with no long term solution/fix in sight. Again, Milestone has stood by their claim of warranty and doing right but I have little confidence this system/equipment will last as long as the one I replaced unfortunately (got 13 years of great performance). 10/7/26 - Update - As suspected it was faulty parts (2nd condenser coil replacement on the new unit), it was replaced today by Hugo Sanchez - that guy is AWESOME...great knowledge, super clean and quick, very nice man...house feels great today and fingers crossed the new part will hold up. Thanks Hugo, you are a tremendous asset to Milestone.

I couldn't believe it after years. He showed me pictures. I really appreciate his honesty.
