Good morning all. I started using Miller Services about 2 years ago at the recommendation of my daughter. Best decision I ever made. They have been completely honest and professional. They provide me with a bi annual maintenance and the experts they send are exceptional. I wish I could remember his name, but he came at the exact time promised and completed his exam of my system. I know from bad experiences that many companies are dishonest during this process and try to mislead the customer into expensive purchases. This is what I experienced 2 years ago when I decided to go with Miller. Another dishonest company told me that I needed an entirely new unit. Miller came in behind them and resolved the problem by simply flipping a switch that the dishonest company had switched off. Systems do fail and Miller will be there if they do. They are the best and I have dealt with many. I give them a thousand thumbs up.

My HVAC went out on a holiday weekend night and I found out after a 12 hour night shift. I had to go back that night to work and had a sick little dog that can’t tolerate heat.
