• Brendon and his team recently installed a heat pump system including with four indoor heads. We didn't like the standard wall mounted unit so he worked with us to design a different setup including wall mounted 'radiator' style heads downstairs, and ceiling mounted (search Samsung WindFree 4-way Cassette). We've had the system a few weeks now and couldn't be happier. Our house is wonderfully warm and cozy, and the temperatures are easily customizable. Everything (inside and outside) is also much quieter than we expected (based on previous experiences with older models of heat pumps). In terms of the design and installation we can't recommend Stillbuilt Solutions highly enough. The entire team was considerate, professional, and thorough. They clearly care about 'doing things right' and this showed in everything they did. For example, they had to cut a fraction of an inch out of crown molding for one of the heads, and before they left they touched up the millimeter of resulting exposed wood. You couldn't even tell unless you knew it was there, but they wanted to make sure it was done right. The entire install was like this, and we are not only happy with the end product, we are also reassured the quality workmanship will stand the test of time. If you're looking for a quality experience from a design with options tailored to your needs and preferences, right through to top-notch installation this is the company for you.
