Our service call was excellent. Brad Gleave was on time and courteous. He conducted a thorough check and maintenance for our heating system. This included checking gas composition and many other aspects of our heating and cooling system. This is now our third service contract visit from Thompson's Comfort Connection. They always provide excellent service, highly qualified technicians, and great value for the money.

JD did an outstanding job servicing our furnace in this new home. He called before he came and he arrived on time. He explained everything to me about my new furnace and told me that I have a 96% furnace. He also checked the hot water heater and told me that it’s probably also A 96% model.
