• 2nd service: I was having insufficient cooling. I was getting a 10°F temperature delta instead of 20°F. Due to the previous installation, there were challenges with servicing the evaporator coil. Danny Gonzalez was able to troubleshoot the situation, educated me about my system, provided me with several options to move forward. Thankfully, he was able to fix the issue at the house is chilly again. Similar to past experiences with this company, there was no sales pressure. I truly appreciate the wonderful customer service that Thomson AC provides. In today's world, I believe that customer service is what sets a company apart from the rest. 1st service: My line set was frosting over despite changing the filter. Ryan Lee helped clean out years of dust and debris from my condenser coils and performed a pressure reading. Ryan was knowledgeable, provided great customer service, and was more than happy to answer my dozens of questions about my HVAC problems. The best part was that the experience felt honest and straightforward. At no point did he try to upsell me or push services. He did what was needed, educated me on the options, and gave me time to choose from there.

• I had an A/C unit installed a little less than a year ago. Unfortunately, there was an unrepairable manufacturing defect. After I explained what had happened to one of the managers via email, I received a phone call in just a few hours and was informed that they would replace the unit with a brand new one. An installation team come out quickly the following week, and the installation of the new unit was completed the same day. I was very impressed with their customer service and efficiency. They really wanted to make sure the customers are taken care, especially during hot days. I want to thank Tim, Brandon, Mike, Alex, Kiki, Jose, and Marc. The technicians were very knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and respectful to my home. I highly recommend Thompson for their services.

• My 35+ year old AC went out during the hottest week of the year. Two of my neighbors recommended Thomson. I didn't want to put out thousands on a new AC but that's what I expected. Turns out I only needed a new capacitor ($499)! I do need a new control board but he said I could wait on that if I had to. I was so happy! Bronson was fantastic, too -- professional and knowledgeable and he answered all my questions. I highly recommend him and Thomson. My only suggestion would be that they accept Zelle or venmo as payment options, but I'm a happy customer! 😊

• This company installed my condenser in 2013 after accurately identifying a freon leak. They did a great job but I couldn't find their name and contact information to service it later. After many years of bad HVAC actors trying to get me to pay for services I didn't need, like Freon or coil replacements, I found my Thompson AC invoice and they came out to help me solve a new issue with my system shutting off. Two other HVAC companies came out and said I needed an entire new system costing over $10k. Thompson came out and showed me that I didn't have power running to my thermostat and that I either needed to replace the thermostat or change the wire figurations. All options were less than $1000. They are the best and you can trust them. Even after 13 years, they are still the best!
