From the moment I stepped in, the customer service was on a completely different level. Carlos helped me out, and it wasn't just a simple transaction—he genuinely helped me find the exact solutions I needed to get our AC back up and running. He even went above and beyond by telling me that if I needed anything else, he could personally bring the part to my house or even arrange technical service! On top of that, their prices are easily the best in the market. This company installed an air conditioner in my house yesterday, and they are truly amazing professionals. They arrived with a team of about eight men, three vans with the company logo, and four trucks loaded with wooden ceiling panels and thick wooden crates. I thought, "If it's just an air conditioner, why so much?" What happened is that they don't just install the air conditioner; they also fix anything they see in the attic that could affect the stability of the ceiling and the air conditioner itself. They also protect everything from the entrance, stairs, and hallways, leaving everything spotless, even the patio. I give them a 10 out of 10, and more. Thank you, Mr. Valderrama, and your excellent team. All of this in just eight hours.
