Super quick and a lifesaver!! Our AC went out when it was 102 degrees and supposed to be 104 the next day. I submitted a request at 1am and someone got back to me first thing in the morning and they had someone out before 11am to fix it. The tech was quick repairing it and my AC is working better than before

I had a diagnostic test that confirmed that my a/c freon was low. Derek explained all my options and let me decide how to proceed. Since my unit was 21 years old, I decided on a new one. Therm Tech had excellent pricing and I was able to get a 2 stage unit for less than others were charging for a 1 stage. Derek did an excellent job installing it and worked late into the night to finish before the heat wave the next day.

Derek was incredible. My hvac was broken, my restaurant was hot. My service was initially scheduled on Monday but since he got the parts earlier than expected he showed up at 6:00pm on Friday night and worked till 8:00pm! Never seen a tech do that without getting paid extra. He wanted us and the customer to feel comfortable in the restaurant. Truly amazing service. No wonder why they have perfect 5 star reviews here.
